We do not provide your personal data to third parties. The exceptions are works you choose to share by link or publish, which others can then see, and requests made under the law.
4. Processors and transfers abroad
We use the service providers below to run the service, and your data is transferred abroad in the process. AI service providers receive only what they need to generate content from your input; they do not receive your account or payment details.

- Account data, “my models” and abuse-prevention records: until you delete your account

6. Your rights
You may ask at any time to access, correct or delete your personal data, to stop its processing, or to withdraw consent. You can hide “my models” from your home and turn off share links at any time. To delete your account and all your work, write to support@cutslate.com — we act without delay and reply within 3 business days. If you are in the EEA or the UK you may also complain to your local data protection authority.
7. Cookies
We use essential cookies to keep you signed in and to move work started before sign-in into your account. We use Google Analytics (Google LLC) for visit statistics and the Meta Pixel (Meta Platforms, Inc. and Meta Platforms Ireland Ltd.) to measure advertising. These tools receive the pages you visit, the referrer, device type, approximate region and whether key steps such as sign-up or payment were completed, together with a cookie identifier. Your email, name and the text you enter are never sent.
On your first visit the cookie notice lets you choose “Accept all” or “Essential only”. Visitors in Europe (EEA, UK, Switzerland) get no analytics or advertising cookies until they accept. With “Essential only” the Meta Pixel is not loaded and Google Analytics sends only cookieless, anonymous aggregate signals. Your choice is saved in this browser; clear the site data to choose again. You can also block cookies in your browser settings.
8. Security
We protect personal data with measures such as encryption in transit, limiting who can access it, and keeping access logs.
